Saskia Sludden advises on international aircraft financing deals, including refinancings, acquisitions, disposals and leasing arrangements.
Saskia has experience supporting complex asset finance deals working closely with clients across a full life cycle of transactions. She has particular experience in sale and leaseback transactions of aircraft, managing complex portfolio aircraft sales and providing strategic advice to banks on aircraft refinancing, including structuring deals and assessing risk to optimize financial outcomes.
Prior to joining the firm, Saskia trained at another international law firm.
