Shareen advises some of the world’s leading companies on cutting-edge legal and insurance issues, helping them navigate complex, high-stakes claims involving emerging technologies and rapidly evolving risk landscapes. Her practice spans sophisticated insurance recovery matters, with a particular focus on Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) for private credit lenders investing in IP-rich companies. Shareen has secured more than $90 million in CPI recoveries for clients and currently manages over $100 million in additional claims. She works closely with private credit firms to evaluate collateral, analyze credit agreements, oversee IP maintenance obligations, and guide clients through every stage of the CPI claims process—from initial default to final payment of loss.

In addition to her CPI work, Shareen represents Fortune 100 companies and other major enterprises in complex insurance disputes involving representations and warranties, directors & officers (D&O), product liability and commercial general liability insurance. She has deep experience counseling clients on claim strategy, coverage maximization, policy interpretation, and coordinated dispute resolution across multiple lines of insurance. Shareen helps her clients add value to policies during the underwriting process, mitigate risk, and achieve favorable outcomes in some of their most challenging insurance matters.
