Sophia Marchesotti focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and financing.
Her work includes reviewing purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and lease agreements, as well as evaluating title, survey and other diligence matters across a range of property types. Sophia helps clients clients manage risk and navigate transactions efficiently to achieve their immediate and long-term goals.
