Thomas R. Morris focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and securities law compliance.

He represents companies in a wide range of industries, including blockchain/cryptocurrency, DAOs (decentralized autonomous organizations), video game, SaaS, semiconductor, fintech and non-fungible tokens. He also advises investment funds in formation and operational matters and limited partners in making investments in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.
