Tim Brugh, Pillsbury’s Trusts & Estates practice leader, counsels individuals and families with substantial wealth regarding trusts, estate and tax planning, and philanthropy.

Tim guides his clients in developing tax-efficient estate plans that are in line with their objectives and values. He has extensive experience implementing and administering large and complex trusts, estates and charitable foundations. He is also well-versed in advising families on governance practices to manage family wealth and business interests over generations. Tim has seasoned knowledge and skill in representing individuals and corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate administration and litigation matters.

Tim has particular experience advising founders, investors and executives of successful private and public companies on issues including planning for interests in venture capital and private equity funds, anticipated IPO and M&A transactions, and qualified small business stock.
