Her experience includes purchase and sale and financing transactions, with particular attention to title, diligence and other issues that may affect the client’s position. She focuses on providing practical, business-minded guidance that helps clients mitigate risk, close deals effectively and achieve their long-term goals.
Representative Experience
- Represented a state pension fund in the financing of industrial and retail properties across the country, including in California, Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Missouri and Florida.
- Represented a state pension fund in connection with the due diligence and acquisition of retail and mixed-use properties.
- Represented HEICO Corporation in its acquisition of Axillon Aerospace’s Fuel Containment Business, including conducting real estate due diligence and title and survey review.
