An attorney in Pillsbury’s Antitrust & Competition practice, Vinny Sidhu has extensive experience with antitrust litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Pillsbury, Vinny worked in a variety of policy and research-oriented roles, including working for the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, a Congressman on Capitol Hill and TechFreedom, a tech-focused law and policy think tank. After completing a clerkship with the Hon. Judge Amy D. Lorenzini, he worked for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
Representative Experience
- During his two years with the Department of Justice, Vinny investigated and litigated complex civil and criminal cases involving advertising technology and criminal collusion.
- Vinny also was involved in merger review, comprising numerous and diverse product and geographic markets and horizontal/vertical competitive effects analyses with respect to large acquisitions related to the energy industry.
