Wendy Rice-Isaacs serves as the Director of Administration for the firm’s Los Angeles office.

In this role, Wendy works closely with the managing partner in managing the day-to-day operations for the office, including oversight of accounting, information systems, legal recruiting, human resources, and facilities. Key activities include goal setting for managers, budgeting for operation and capital spending and preparation of performance evaluations and compensation.
