Whitney Alston focuses on a broad range of government contract law, including contract formation, compliance obligations, internal investigations, bid protests, claims and small business advising.

Whitney represents clients in bid protests and claims, in addition to advising on contract and regulatory compliance matters. Whitney’s experience also includes resolving adverse CPARS ratings and providing counsel to contractors on California procurement law.

Prior to joining Pillsbury as a law clerk, Whitney worked at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, Commercial Division, Government Contracts Section. Whitney brings a wealth of knowledge to Pillsbury and the Government Contracts & Disputes section from her time as a Contracting Officer for the U.S. Air Force.
