On Friday, December 12, Larry Sannicandro will join the panel, “Criminal Tax: Jury Instructions, Expert Witnesses and Evidentiary Objections.” Larry and the other panelists will discuss the strategic interplay between managing criminal jury instructions, expertly handling expert witnesses, and preserving issues for appeal through timely evidentiary objections to win at trial, as well as secure issues for potential appellate review and the importance of meticulous preparation at every stage of litigation.
In addition, on Friday, December 12, Darianne De Leon will introduce the, “Talking Across the Years: Generational Diversity in Tax Practice” workshop, where younger attorneys will have the opportunity to pose questions to more seasoned practitioners. Although each generation, Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, Gen Z, is shaped by its times, all tax practitioners can find common ground. Learning how to communicate across generations strengthens shared commitment to client service.
