ALI-ABA Course of Study, "Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Primer"

As co-planning chair of the Fourth Annual Advanced ALI-ABA Course of Study program, Ms. Divola will be giving introductory remarks at the event, as well as presenting on Wednesday evening. Her presentation, "Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Primer" will be conducted along with Rose L. Williams (National M&A Transaction Advisory Services, Ernst & Young LLP), Philip B. Wright (Bryan Cave LLP), and William D. Alexander (Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate), Internal Revenue Service).
