Pillsbury represented Santa Clara-based semiconductor manufacturer Applied Micro Circuit Corp. in its $770 million purchase by MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings Inc.
According to The Deal, MACOM expects the deal to close in the first quarter of 2017.
Silicon Valley Corporate & Securities - Technology & Media partner Alan Kalin led the Pillsbury team, which included Jorge del Calvo, Brian Wainwright, George Willman, Wayne Whitlock, Howard Clemons, Gurpreet Bal, Brian Cruz, Matt Ryan, Judy Yan, Julie Park and Erin Jennings.
Applied Micro’s general counsel, L. William Caraccio, was a partner at Pillsbury from 1995 to 2000.
