Business consulting firm BTI has named Pillsbury partners Richard Donaldson, Sarah Good and Mark Litvack to its 2017 Client Service All-Stars list, which honors the most notable legal practitioners in the United States each year.

Donaldson (Northern Virginia) is Pillsbury’s Chief Operating Officer and a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice. He represents real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporations, financial institutions, partnerships and individuals in a broad range of federal income tax and business-related issues. He was nominated for the award by a leading bank firm.

Sarah Good (San Francisco) is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement Team who focuses her practice on securities and consumer class action litigation and complex general commercial disputes. Good has represented defendants in more than 75 securities class actions, derivative litigation and investigations and proceedings commenced by an extensive list of governmental and regulatory agencies. She was nominated as an All-Star by a large insurance company.

Mark Litvack (Los Angeles) is a partner in the law firm’s Intellectual Property practice. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property, technology issues, entertainment, distribution issues and class actions. Litvack received his nomination from a major chemical company.

Through its annual list, BTI recognizes leading lawyers based on nominations they receive from clients they have serviced. This year’s 319 individual lawyers came from 160 law firms and were “identified solely and exclusively by corporate counsel.” according to BTI. Recognized as leaders in client service excellence, the All-Stars were chosen based on more than 300 in-depth interviews conducted between Feb. 8 and Aug. 1, 2016, and on their excellence in the following categories: client focus, exceptional understanding of the client’s business, outstanding results, outsized value and legal skills.
