Mark Lessard, coordinator of the Aviation Working Group’s Legal Advisory Panel team on educational materials relating to the Cape Town Convention, was instrumental in the preparation of these self-instructional materials, which seek to assist scholars, students, practicing lawyers, judges and other government officials, as well as the industry at large, by providing information and education about the Cape Town Convention and its protocols. They will be translated into several different languages and deployed around the world.
