Pillsbury has again earned a perfect score in the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) 2023 Corporate Equality Index. An annual survey of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality,” the 100 percent rating marks the firm’s 17th consecutive inclusion.

“For well over two decades, businesses have played an important role in furthering LGBTQ+ equality by centering employee needs and voices when it comes to workplace inclusion. While there is much more work to be done, year-over-year growth in CEI participation is evidence of a business community that recognizes the responsibility and value in upholding equity and inclusion,” said HRC Sr. Director of Workplace Equality RaShawn Hawkins.

Pillsbury takes great pride in its steadfast commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture. The firm was among the first to promote women to partnership and the first large, national firm in the U.S. to elect a woman as its top leader. Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion efforts are recognized by Vault.com, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations.
