As a result of a scathing report from the California Department of Finance, the role of the State Board of Equalization in sales and use taxation and administrative hearings is being substantially reduced.  These changes will have major implications for all taxpayers doing business in California.  The speakers in this session will provide an overview of the breadth and timing of the changes, and what those changes will mean for taxpayers.
