Council on State Taxation’s Property Tax Workshop 2019

The COST Property Tax Workshop aims to bring multistate property tax professionals, who have various levels of experience, together to have extensive interactions and to exchange valuable information. Timely legislative and litigation updates are provided, as well as recent property tax trends and opportunities to make sure your business’s property is not over taxed. The program will also have an interactive audit session and no advanced preparation is needed.

On October 1, Breann Robowski will present “Central or Local Assessment? Why It Matters and How to Take Advantage of Either Process” and “Best Practices for Getting Fair High-Tech Property Valuations,” and Craig Becker will present “California – A Property Tax Nation unto Itself.” On October 2, Craig Becker will participate during “Ask the Experts – Practitioners Addressing Issues for Free.”
