Pillsbury represented semiconductor parts supplier Emcore Corp. in its acquisition of Systron Donner Intertial Inc. for $25.8 million. Emcore is purcashing Systron from Resilience Capital Partners LLC.
Systron develops technologies and systems for aerospace and defense applications. Its products provide precision system solutions for navigation, control, point and stabilization applications in aircraft and autonomous vehicles, among others. Emcore intends to add Systron’s business to its navigation product line and support these products from facilities in Concord, California.
The Pillsbury team included Corporate partners Alan Kalin and Jim Masetti, both in Silicon Valley, along with partner Cindy Schlaefer, senior counsel Laura Watts, counsel Douglas Pyle and associates Kevin Lin and Omar Bailony.
