For the second year in a row, the San Diego Business Journal featured San Diego managing partner Eric Kremer as one of its 500 Most Influential People in San Diego. Each year, the SD500 issue profiles 500 people who are considered by the publication as “the driving force behind the economy and community in the southwest corner of the U.S.”
The publication noted that Kremer has extensive experience advising on commercial real estate transactions, infrastructure development and complex project financings. He has structured and documented industrial and commercial construction and project financings, large revolving credit facilities and secured term loans and has negotiated loan workouts and credit facility restructurings for major institutional lenders and sophisticated borrowers.
