Pillsbury advised Falcomm, an Atlanta-based semiconductor startup, in the closing of a recent $4 million Series Seed preferred stock financing round.

Squadra Ventures led the round with additional participation from Cambium Capital, Draper Cygnus and the Georgia Tech Foundation.

Falcomm’s current development is a new type of power amplifier—a semiconductor chip responsible for conditioning and amplifying signals through antennas—to cut energy consumption in hardware.
