Filing Methodologies

Evan, along with Trevor Mauck (Baker & McKenzie), will be presenting on the topic “Filing Methodologies.” This session will cover the various income tax filing methodologies used by the states, and students will learn the difference between the methods and how to support favorable filing positions.

This is a four-day intense program for tax attorneys and accountants with more than three years of multi-state corporate tax experience, involved in either compliance or planning functions. The emphasis of the school is on the practical application of state tax issues in a corporate environment.
