NEW YORK – Pillsbury is pleased to announce the arrival of Ronald Brody, Kenneth Suh and Jin Kim to the firm’s New York Finance and Corporate & Securities practices. Brody, Suh and Kim were previously members of the leveraged finance and capital markets practices of White & Case LLP.

Brody, who will be the co-leader of Pillsbury’s leveraged finance practice, is a nationally recognized high yield securities lawyer and was also the co-leader of White & Case’s leveraged finance practice. His practice covers a wide range of corporate financing matters, with a focus on representing investment banks and issuers in high yield debt securities offerings. He also is involved in all aspects of deal structuring, negotiation and documentation across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalizations.

Suh is an experienced debt capital markets and finance lawyer who represents investment banks and issuers of high yield debt securities offerings, as well as administrative agents and borrowers involved in syndicated loan transactions. His track record, which spans 25 years, has given him deep insight into these complex and highly specialized fields.

Kim has extensive experience representing financial institutions and public and private companies in a wide range of capital market and lending transactions, including high yield debt securities offerings, equity offerings and bank credit facilities, with a focus on leveraged financings for acquisitions, buyouts and recapitalizations.
