“Scaling Talent: The Investor Breakfast Series” is designed as a practical forum for candid discussion, shared experience and peer insight across VC, portfolio and founder communities. Our first session will focus on the early hiring decisions that can define a company’s trajectory, for better or worse, including:

• How investors and founders can prepare properly for a successful search
• Common pitfalls that delay growth or dilute value

The discussion will be highly interactive, drawing on investor, operator and founder perspectives across the recruitment and tech sectors.
