As cross-border disputes continue to grow throughout the Americas, Houston, Texas has become a key center for international arbitration involving Latin America. In a recent article by Pillsbury’s Special Counsel Rafael T. Boza, Houston is highlighted for its strong arbitration-friendly legal framework, supportive courts, and close economic and cultural ties to the region.
The article also emphasizes Houston’s bilingual legal community, established arbitration infrastructure, and strategic proximity to Latin America as key advantages for resolving disputes.
