Pillsbury has advised STG Group Holding Inc. in the $83 million sale of defense IT contractor STG Inc. to SOS International. The transaction significantly expands SOSi’s technology and cyber services offering, particularly for agencies in the national security and diplomatic communities.
The transaction marks the culmination of a lengthy and thorough sale process undertaken by the Board of Directors of STG Group Holdings. Proceeds from the deal will be used to pay transaction expenses and to repay indebtedness.
The Pillsbury team advising on this transaction was led by Corporate & Securities partner Jeffrey Grill.
