SAN FRANCISCO – The American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law has selected San Francisco senior litigation associate Jessica Bogo as a Diversity Fellow. Bogo focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation and contract disputes, and also serves as Co-Chair of the Construction Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Barrister’s Club and on the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Diversity Committee.

The ABA Forum on Construction Law is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the U.S. Its more than 6,000 members are drawn from all areas of practice including large law firms, small firms, solo practitioners, government lawyers, and corporate in-house counsel. Members represent all segments of the construction industry including owners, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties. The forum’s mission is to serve the construction industry through education and leadership.
