Chair Emeritus and Real Estate and Construction Industry Team leader Jim Rishwain has recently become the national chair of the Court Appointed Special Advocate network, or CASA, which serves 242,000 neglected and abused foster children with nearly 100,000 volunteers through 900 regional programs and 49 state programs.

Inspired to become involved with the charity by former Pillsbury attorney and CASA volunteer Robert Morrison, Rishwain began his engagement in 2004 and later joined as a board member in 2007.

Since then, Rishwain has been consistent in supporting the children of the Los Angeles area and its Unified School District—urging him to apply his knowledge and passion on a national scale through CASA.
