A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised Babytree.com in establishing a partnership with Mattel Inc. While financial terms have not been disclosed, the collaboration between the two companies is expected to integrate development framework and parenting content into an early childhood education brand inspired by Mattel’s Fisher-Price.
According to the Daily Journal, Babytree and Mattel plan to create an online platform for early childhood development and learning that is designed to instruct parents on “maximizing early childhood development” for their children.
The Pillsbury team advising Babytree includes Corporate & Securities partner Jenny Liu, Intellectual Property partner Qian Huang and Corporate & Securities associate Julian Zou.
