Money Transmitter Regulators Association 2020 Annual Meeting

The program will include a discussion (1) increased COVID cyber threat activity and threats directed at financial institutions and systems, (2) cybersecurity and payment fraud planning and protection best practices for MSBs to address new threats and challenges including work from home, and (3) regulatory guidance and expectations, including the NYSDFS cybersecurity regulation, transaction monitoring and reporting obligations. Presenters will include cybersecurity technical and legal experts with extensive experience developing programs to meet technical, legal and regulatory standards for cybersecurity and BSA-AML programs and risk management best practices.
