National Contract Management Association’s World Congress 2019

World Congress is the National Contract Management Association’s largest education event for contract management, procurement, and acquisition professionals. Individuals from government (federal, state, and local); industry; and commercial business come together for networking and training for all career levels.

Brian and Meghan will present “Cybersecurity and the DFARS-7012 Clause: A Primer on the Requirements And What We Have Learned The First Year Under the New DFARS Cybersecurity Paradigm” during the afternoon session on Monday, July 29. The DFARS 7012 has been in effect for over a year now and continues to present a fundamental change to the business practices of all government contractors. They will provide a legal and contractual overview of the clause and discuss how government and industry are adapting to these new requirements.
