The New EU ePrivacy Regulation - What You Need to Know (webinar)
The European Commission has issued a draft Regulation to replace the existing ePrivacy Directive (adopted in 2002) to ensure stronger privacy in electronic communications sector, while opening up new business opportunities. The measures aim to update current rules, and aligns the rules for electronic communications with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation which comes into force on 25 May 2018.
