Novogradac’s 25th Annual Affordable Housing Conference

Tom will co-present during Breakout session 1 on Thursday, May 17. “Tax Reform for Developers” will begin at 1:45pm. Panelists will discuss what tax reform means to affordable housing developers,  including such subjects as the change in supply and demand, the 30 percent interest deduction limitation, changes to bonus depreciation rules, and using cost segregations to boost depreciation and yield.
