Pillsbury Earns 2026 Top Performer and Compass Awards from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

The Top Performer designation recognizes member organizations most actively involved in LCLD’s programs throughout the year. The Compass Award recognizes engagement across an organization, including participation by its managing partner or general counsel, selection of attorneys for both the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, and involvement in the Success in Law School Mentoring Program.

As part of its involvement in LCLD, Pillsbury selected Executive Compensation & Benefits partner Colleen Lamarre as the firm’s 2026 LCLD Fellow and Litigation senior associate Sarah Rowan and associate Arturo Nava to participate as 2026 members of the LCLD Pathfinder program.
