A team of Pillsbury attorneys, led by San Francisco partner Blair W. White and including Los Angeles counsel Catherine Meyer, Silicon Valley partners Cindy Schlaefer and C. Brian Wainwright, San Francisco senior associate David Lillevand and San Francisco associates Matt Hallinan and Peter Chess, helped Livermore-based debt collection technology company, Performant Financial Corp., conduct its IPO in August 2012. Performant sold 9 million shares for $9 each and ended 18 percent up at $10.60 by the close of trading that week.
