A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by partners Jorge del Calvo and Davina Kaile represented the underwriters in the recently announced initial public offering for Aquantia Corp.
Aquantia designs, develops and markets high-speed communications integrated circuits for Ethernet connectivity in the data center, enterprise infrastructure and access markets. The underwriting syndicate was led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
Silicon Valley associates Julie Park and Erin Jennings assisted on the deal.
