Led by San Diego-based Corporate partner Christian Salaman, Pillsbury represented tech-focused growth equity firm Blueprint Equity in its investment with RocketRez, a cloud-based management software for tours and attractions.
Blueprint Equity invested $5 million in RocketRez. In conjunction with this investment, Blueprint Equity managing partners Bobby Ocampo and Sheldon Lewis will join RocketRez’s Board of Directors.
Business consultant Thomas Tiop assisted Salaman in the funding round. Read more about the transaction here.
Since its first investment in 2019, Pillsbury has represented Blueprint Equity in all of its transactions totaling over $20 million. Led by Salaman, Pillsbury has represented Blueprint Equity in a $6 million investment in Sunwave, a $6 million investment in CompanyCam and an investment in Axela Technologies.
