Led by San Diego-based Corporate partner Christian Salaman, a team of Pillsbury lawyers represented CoralTree Hospitality on a variety of hospitality matters in its acquisition of a controlling interest in the Magnolia Hotels brand from Denver-based Stout Street Hospitality.

CoralTree will manage four of Magnolia’s six properties in Denver, Houston, St. Louis and Omaha, while licensing the name to the New Orleans and Dallas properties. With the addition of the six new Magnolia Hotels, CoralTree has a portfolio of 22 hotels and resorts throughout the U.S.  Pillsbury’s Travel, Leisure & Hospitality industry team, which is led by Salaman, routinely handles hospitality matters for CoralTree and other leading hotel management companies, including hotel management agreements and license agreements.
