Pillsbury has been ranked as one of the top 20 legal advisers in three categories in IJGlobal’s “H1 2017 League Table Report.” The rankings acknowledge the transactions in which Pillsbury advised that have a total project value in the top 20 for that region and sector.

In the North American league table, the firm is ranked No. 12 in the Infrastructure Finance category with a transaction value of $4.937 billion and No. 20 in the Project Finance category with a transaction value of $637 million. In the Power Infrastructure Finance league table, Pillsbury is ranked No. 11 with a $4.300-billion transaction value.

IJGlobal league tables provide considerable insight for the project finance and infrastructure community by tracking the amount of new business earned by members of relevant markets, including multinational lending agencies, bond arrangers, sponsors and financial and legal advisers. Through its league tables, IJGlobal reviews changes in investment and financing sources and assesses investment and financing activity relevant to the evolution of infrastructure assets.

When calculating values for the rankings, transactions involving PPP/PFI, renewables and equator principles must be valued at a minimum of $5 million to be eligible for inclusion. Transactions in all other categories must exceed a $10 million threshold for consideration.
