Pillsbury advised Evernex, a global leader in third-party maintenance and IT lifecycle services, on its acquisition of Comptest Group, a Poland-based specialist in telecom and networking infrastructure services.
Comptest has extensive experience in telecom infrastructure, supporting telecom operators, data centers and enterprise IT environments. The company specializes in restoring network equipment from leading manufacturers such as Nokia, Cisco and Juniper, helping extend the lifespan of critical hardware.
This acquisition will strengthen Evernex’s ability to provide sustainable lifecycle services worldwide. By adding Comptest’s engineering expertise, Evernex will expand its support for critical IT and telecom infrastructure across Europe.
