Pillsbury Guides Chinese Fund in $300 Million Acquisition of Semiconductor Company

A team of Pillsbury lawyers advised the Beijing E-Town Dragon Semiconductor Industry Investment Center in a $300 million acquisition of U.S.-based Mattson Technology.

Mattson is a designer, manufacturer, marketer and supporter of semiconductor wafer processing equipment. E-Town Dragon is a private equity fund, led by E-Town Capital, that focuses on investments in the semiconductor industry.

The Pillsbury team included Matthew Rabinowitz, Matthew Desharnais, Matthew Ryan, Peter Hunt, Aileen (Chuca) Meyer, Nancy Fischer, Benjamin Cote, Brian Wainwright, Qian Huang, Julian Zou, Liang Tao and others in Shanghai.
