A Pillsbury team has advised client Highpoint Global on its acquisition of Primescape Solutions. The value of the transaction, which was announced on October 23, was not disclosed but the combined annual revenue of the two government contractors will reportedly exceed $140 million.

The transaction combines two highly complementary businesses that aim to improve the websites, apps and other tools the government makes available to citizens. HighPoint offers federal agencies services such as contact center optimization, training for customer service professionals, quality assurance, journey mapping, and IT infrastructure support while Primescape supports those same clients by providing digital strategies, software development, and data management.

The Pillsbury deal team advising HighPoint on the transaction was led by Corporate & Securities partner Craig Chason and associate Tom Cho. Executive Compensation & Benefits partners Howard Clemons and Peter Hunt and associate Kevin Lin; Government Contracts partner John Jensen and counsel David Dixon; Tax partner Julie Divola; and Estates, Trusts & Tax Planning special counsel Brandon Ross were also heavily involved.
