Once again, Pillsbury has earned a spot on Working Mother’s Best Law Firms for Women list.  The list celebrates law firms that are progressively implementing policies and rules that prove the firm’s commitment to establishing women-friendly workplaces. Pillsbury was specifically noted for the way firm leaders work with  the board on the advancement of women to ensure that female associate have everything they need to make partner. The firm was also named one of Working Mother’s 100 Best Companies in 2016.

For inclusion on the Working Mother list, firms are judged in a variety of categories, including: compensation; flexibility; leadership; paid time off and leaves; representation, and the advancement, development and retention of women. Winning firms are chosen through an intensive application process that includes more than 300 questions about attorney representation, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves and the development and retention of women. 

Pillsbury also recently was acknowledged by Chambers at its Women in Law Awards ceremony as Law Firm of the Year in Furthering Women’s Career Progression, Talent Management and Mentoring, and was honored as a 2017 “Top Company for Executive Women” by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). The firm also regularly obtains a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
