Pillsbury has earned the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Approved Gold Seal for 2023. A framework for establishing sustainable diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), the MCCA’s strategy focuses on actionable solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments.
The accreditation recognizes Pillsbury’s DEI efforts and is the result of the firm’s tangible results in working to hire, retain and promote diverse attorneys.
Pillsbury’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee oversees the firm’s strategy and programs and leads its efforts to create an environment in which diverse attorneys can develop and grow their practices and professional staff can successfully build their careers. The committee coordinates the firm's networks for women attorneys, diverse attorneys and LGBTQ+ members of the firm, develops programs to promote diversity and inclusion in the firm, and works with senior leadership, committees and practice sections in their efforts to create diverse teams to serve our clients.
