For the 11th year in a row, Pillsbury has been named to Working Mother's 100 Best Companies list, which celebrates employers whose groundbreaking benefits—from work schedules and mentoring to affordable childcare and paid leave—help all employees flourish at home and at work.

Pillsbury is one of just four national law firms to make the list. To determine who is selected, companies answer more than 400 questions about workforce representation, benefits, advancement programs, flexibility policies and more. The questionnaire surveys the availability and usage of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them. For this year’s competition, particular weight was given to flexible work arrangements, women’s advancement programs and representation of women.
