For the 16th consecutive year, Pillsbury has been recognized with a 100-percent rating in the Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index. The annual index benchmarks corporate policies and practices regarding LGBTQ employees and identifies the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
Pillsbury takes great pride in its steadfast commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture. The firm was among the first to promote women to partnership and the first large, national firm in the U.S. to elect a woman as its top leader.
