For the 15th consecutive year, BTI Consulting has hailed Pillsbury for the exceptional service the firm delivers to its clients. The 2019 edition of BTI’s annual Client Service A-Team report ranked Pillsbury 19th out of 418 law firms when it comes to driving strong client relationships. The recognition marks Pillsbury’s sixth appearance on BTI’s Client Service Elite 30 list and the firm’s second year in a row among the top 20.

Pillsbury received high marks in all 17 of the categories BTI considers essential to delivering superior client service, including acknowledgment as a leader in 10 of them.  In its write-up, BTI specifically noted that “the way the firm is organized around industry and business intelligence units allows the firm to deliver extraordinarily business-focused advice.” BTI also praised Pillsbury for its proactive interest in client feedback and for “engaging with clients about their innovation needs and objectives---and crafting custom solutions.”

 

The rankings in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2019 are the result of 350 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations between January and November 2018. The analysis is based on 17 objective ranking factors, determined by corporate counsel to be the biggest drivers of strong relationships with their law firms. The Client Service Elite 30 are identified by corporate counsel as outperforming all other firms in client service delivery.
