Pillsbury Named to Working Mother Media’s Diversity Best Practices Inclusion Index

Pillsbury is one of only 80 organizations that earned a qualifying score for placement in the Inclusion Index, which measures data in connection with the recruitment, retention and advancement of people from underrepresented groups; company culture, including leadership accountability; and transparency and improvement in year-to-year demographic diversity.

Diversity Best Practices created the Inclusion Index to help organizations understand gaps in demographic representation and to provide a road map for driving internal change and solutions through proven best practices. The in-depth results provided to each organization reveal opportunities to target their diversity-and-inclusion efforts for greater effectiveness.
