Reflective of Pillsbury’s client-centric ethos, the firm has once again been recognized as one of the top law firms for client service in the 2022 edition of BTI Consulting’s annual Client Service A-Team report. Based on direct feedback from legal decision makers at 350 large public and private companies, Pillsbury ranked 26th out of more than 281 law firms mentioned.

With this most recent ranking, Pillsbury has now been counted among the Top-30 law firms for client service eight times. According to BTI, the Client Service 30 account for less than 5% of all law firms representing larger companies but perform their duties for those clients nine to 15-times better than the average law firm.

BTI defines client service based on 17 different criteria, and Pillsbury ranked as a “standout” or better in all of them. The firm earned particular praise for reaching out to clients in an unprompted manner and was named among the “Best of the Best” when it comes to keeping clients informed. Interviewees praised the firm for having “great client service and communications as well as a strong, consistent team,” and noted “their depth of legal knowledge is impressive.”
