Led by San Diego-based Corporate partner Christian Salaman, Pillsbury represented NuovoRE, a real estate firm that specializes in historic restoration, in its arrangement with Pendry Hotels & Resorts to build a 168-guestroom hotel at the corner of East Sixth and Main streets in the historic Gwynne Building of Downtown Cincinnati.
The new hotel, Pendry Cincinnati, will feature a slew of modern amenities, including a rooftop beer garden and café, while preserving the unique history of the 1913 beaux-arts building. The total cost of the project is expected to exceed $80 million.
