Pillsbury advised a private equity firm on the sale of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead, a 220-key select-service hotel that is located in one of Atlanta’s most established commercial and residential districts. The property was acquired by Blueleaf Capital and 3VP Partners.
Blueleaf and 3VP plan to undertake a substantial property improvement program to modernize guestrooms, public spaces, the parking garage and back-of-house operations. Upon completion, the SpringHill Suites is expected to rank among the most-updated select-service hotels in Buckhead.
